There is no other feeling in the world like sitting in your deer standing waiting for the new day to begin, and a possible story that will be made. i look forward to deer season every year, nothing gets your heart going like a deer coming closer and closer to you and seeing the atlers and knowing in a few minutes i will have my first trophy buck and that i need to make this shot count.
This year was that year for me. i got my first trophy buck. i shot a big 10 point buck last weekend on the second day of the gun season. it was sunday after noon and our hunting party has been doing drives all day and we were gearing up for our next one. we know this next drive held the biggest potential. i was honored when the group decided that i should be the stander(which means iam the quarter back and the play maker). they trusted me with making the shots.
I knew i couldnt let them down. so we stared making the drive and we were getting close to the end and i was starting to get disappointed and thinking no deer were going to come out. then all of a sudden a gun shot went off then an other and another and then i saw him about 400 yds away. then one more gun shot went off and then here he came running full board rit for me. i shouldered my gun and all i noticed was the big rack portuding from his head. i let off a shot then another and another. i said to my self wat am i doing he is only getting closer and i have one shot left i need to make this count. so i shouldered my gun again with my last round in my chamber. i put the cross hairs rit on his chest and followed him. when he was about 125yds i felt confident and squeezed the trigger. down he went i got him right in the chest.
He was done or so i thought. he got back up and stared running rit for me again. i said to myself u have got to be kinding me i knew i hit him good but we didnt want a buck like this get away so i yelled to my cousin and he put one more in him just to make sure and about another 20 yds is all he went. when examining the deer we came to the conclusion that i could rightfully call him mine. i was the one that gave him the bullet that would have ended his life. so now soon he will be on my wall and i will be able to tell this story for years to come, and i have a memory that will last a life time.

white collar world
How many of you feel out of place in curtain situations? Feel like you have to conform to the ways of others cause you are out numbered? Well thats how I felt when i entered in to high school. I am a country boy born and raised and iam proud of it. But I didn`t always used to be so proud of that.
I went to and graduated from Sheboygan Lutheran High School. Lutheran high is more of a white collar school you can say, and there is nothing wrong with that. The first 2 years of my high school life really helped me to find myself. I was a " blue collar kid in a white collar school." For the first 2 years I tried to fit in and confrom and not stand out. Then the summer after sophmore year I changed. That summer I realized and found the old me, the blue collar me. I cant really pin point what made me change my thinking anywhere from working the farm, hanging with my country friends, meeting a great girl, or other things.
From then on I changed my whole out look on life. I said to myself Iam who Iam and if people don`t like me for me Iam not going to change to just be friends with them, cause then there not really friends with you. I want people to want me for me. Ever since I have found myself I have been so much happier and have had more fun.
I encourage everyone to just be yourself, not to try and change for others. One guy I know said this to me " you make to many friends when you bull shit." For lack of better turns he was right. You shouldn`t have to go about your life wearing a mask. My advice to all is be your self let the focks in hollywood do the acting.

crazy teachers
College lectures, man can they be boring especially english. Unless your teacher is chasing a bee around the room trying to kill it cause the girls are all scared of it. Now that is a way to mix things up and get students attention. It was a great way to break the ice.
I feel we need more of that not just in english class bt in every class. Its so hard after along day of work and school to stay focused when you are just getting lectured at. I feel we need more of that time to laugh and have a something out of the ordinary happen. Us students need more than just getting talked at.
I feel that I understand the material better when there is some type of activity attacked to it. For instance, in english when we get small writing activities in class and get to have discousions. And in Sociology i have noticed that whenever we have a group activity on curtain material i alway remember it better and do well on it if it shows up on a test.
I also feel that the teacher has more fun and gets to know his students better. I have noticed that teachers are more in tune with there students. the teachers know what is going on with there students when they actually get to see and hear what they are thinking. I feel the best teachers are those that love what they are doing and not just there to get a paycheck and i feel that my teachers at UWS do a fantastic job.

my week
I really cant think of anything to write about so iam going to tell you about my week if anyone cares. This week was one of my best in a long time. Saturday night my brother propsed to his girl friend and are now getting married. iam so happy for him she is a wonderful young lady and gets along really well with the family. Then on Sunday the Packers won so you know then the week is going to be good.
Monday was a typical monday, work was a little busy but it made the time go by. Tues I got my test results back from sociology and all that studying paid off. Then i went to physical therapy and found out that I am all done with it and i can start weight lifting again and playing a little bit of basketball. Then on Wed I finally understood what was going on in Math class.
Wed was another good day at work and it was also interesting caus the cops had to come. I guess a sales guy got let go and he wasnt leaving to quietly. Thurs I took a test in Psych and I feel I did really good on it so we`ll see. Friday was not as good, I got sick. But that night I did manage to do deer hunting and you no what they say about that. Even your bad days hunting are still better than your best days at work.

The weather is getting cold soon the leaves will start to change and fall along with the SNOW!!!!! I got my snowmobile already this weekend for the season just hav a few minor things to touch up on bt over all it is reay to go iam so pumped for the snowmobiling season. I love snow and snowmobiling is just one of my many hobbbies. the only bad thing is the season is so short. I love going out if the trails with my bro and my other friends it is so fun going fast and jumping the snow drifts. So bring on the Snow!!!!

Farve what was he thinking?
Brett Farve one of the most if not the most highly respected and known quarter backs of all time retired at the end of last year from the Green Bay Packers. He was with the Packers for 17 seasons, had every record in the books, he went out on a great season. He has more money than he will ever need, is in good health consideringand has a beatiful place to go retire to in Mississippi.
Then he decides to come out of retire ment. The Packers didnt want him back, his ship has sailed and it was time for a change.Everyone was ready for the change but Farve. He was even given a deal to speak to the media show up and sign some autographs every once in a while and do a little broadcasting and he would have been given 10 million dollars! He turned it down!
Then since he cant play for the Packers he is then up to be traded and goes to the Jets. Now why on earth would he possibly want to play for the Jets. The Jets have not been a strong team in the past few years. i dont know if he wanted to go in there and be the hero or what, because if that was the case well its not going so hot.
Lastly i feel Farve has really killed his reputation, We all saw him as a guy who was a dedicated team player. As a man who loved the game and that was his only reason for playing. Also as a man who never got caught up in the media. Now when i see him I feel like he is a guy who wants all the attention and thinks he can just be like you no what i really want to play again so because iam Brett Farve i deserve to play. It would be like a man who has worked for a company for 30 years retiring and then the following week be like well i made a mistake and want to work. And just expects them to get rid of the guy who has already taken his spot. What was Farve thinking?

Packers foot ball
How about those Packers!!!! 2-0. this past week the Packers played the Detroit Lions @ Detroit. This past week they had great offense with very few mistakes. The recievers were running good routes, and Rogers was making good passes. The defense stepped up, bt still made quite a few costly mistakes that needs to be fixed bt over all did a good job to close the deal.
The defense I fell needs to step it up a little bit to show that the Packers are a team that needs to be respected. I feel that the Packers are a very under rated team, both on both sides of the ball. The offense has i feel proven that to be false, but the defense needs to step it up a bit in order to get sum respect from the rest of the league. When an offense gives your team a 21 point lead there should be no reason your team doesn`t keep the lead till the end.
I have to give the defense sum credit for fixing their mistakes. After the lions came back and took the lead, 24-25, the defense really stepped up and did there job. They attacked the ball hard forcing the Lions to make mistakes, which lead to interceptions and TD`s. But they also made costly mistakes keeping the Lions in the game.
In order for the Packers to gain respect from the league and in order for them to be a super bowl contender the defense has to step up. When the Packers meet up with more talented teams the defenses mistakes that were made this past week have to be eliminated. The defense has to step up on the pass coverage and has to keep pressure on the ball.
